Are you an official distributor/partner of Multigate products?

Yes. Mega Medical & Pharmaceuticals is an official distributor and partner of Multigate products for independent healthcare providers. We dispatch directly from the same Sydney-based warehouse as Multigate.

I can’t find a specific Multigate product on your website. Can you still supply it?

Absolutely. While we showcase a curated selection online, we have full access to the complete Multigate product range. If you’re looking for a specific item that isn’t listed, simply contact us directly with the product name or code. We’ll be happy to source it for you and arrange fulfilment—quickly and without any hassle.

Do you offer bulk pricing or special quotes?

Absolutely. For high-volume or recurring orders, we’re happy to provide custom quotes or discuss ongoing supply arrangements tailored to your clinic’s needs.

Do you have order minimums or handling fees?

There is no strict minimum order quantity.

How fast will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but metro areas typically receive goods within 1–3 business days.

Do I need a contract to purchase from you?

No contracts required! We are proud to offer premium products—especially Multigate consumables—without the need for long-term agreements or minimum commitments.
That being said, we do offer lowered pricing and more competitive rates for contract arrangements if regular purchases are something you may be interested in.

Can I return products if I change my mind?

As we are a wholesale supplier of medical and pharmaceutical consumables, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. However, we do accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
